Psyllium Seeds (Isabgol Seeds)

Psyllium seeds is an agri-farm product of dried ripe seeds of plantago ovata forks (farm. Plantaginancae) and it has been cleaned free for all dust, agri farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones and iron particles. The psyllium seed itself is made up of 40% Linoleic Acid (LA), an important fatty acid essential to health.

Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk, also known as Isabgol, is the outer covering (husk) of the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant.

It is a natural, water-soluble fiber widely used as a dietary supplement for digestive health.

The husk is bland in taste, colorless, and swells up when mixed with water, forming a gel-like consistency that helps improve bowel regularity.
